The Shepherd's Oak is owned and operated by Shannon McConnell in Albany, Indiana.  The farm is celebrating 10 years and we are looking forward to a few more decades.  I will put more information on this page soon.  I am currently back in grad school pursuing my PhD in Psychology.  It is never to late for some more education.  But at the moment it leaves me a bit limited on time.
