12 Noon – Friends & Family Fun at The Shepherd’s Oak Alpaca Farm

7 pm – Evening Out without kids at Brother Jimmy’s in Yorktown

^{HELP & VOLUNTEERING……}

^{We could use some help & volunteers the week before and day of the event.  We are still looking for more donations for the country picnic.  The Shepherd’s Oak is a working farm if you want to come out and help get the grounds ready for a party – any help is welcomed.  We will need some help with serving, check-in, etc… during the events on Saturday.  Contact Shannon to see where you might be able to pitch in.  We are doing our best to keep costs low for everyone to participate and put together seed money for our next reunion.  General cash donations are also welcomed.}

^{Event Summaries}

^{MUNCIE SOUTHSIDE TOUR…… 9 am (FREE EVENT)}

^{Our day will begin with a tour of our old Alma-Ata, Muncie Southside High School.  We have all experienced changes over the last many years, so has the old High School.  Let us look back together and recall our treasured times from those four years.  Some of us already have made some new memories there with their next generation.  There is no charge for this event, but registration is required.  Please be sure to select this option if you want to join in the fun.  Details of where the group will be meeting will be sent (via email) to those who register for this option.}

^{FRIENDS & FAMILY OUT ON THE FARM…… 12 Noon ($10 per individual or $20 per family)}

^{Come out for an afternoon of food & fellowship at Shannon’s Alpaca Farm.  Grilling out begins at noon with hot dogs and burgers.  Our Group Photo will be done at 1 pm so will have time for printing and ready for everyone by the afternoon’s end.  There are several other fun events planned for the afternoon.  This is our causal event.  Bring the family and share with your old cohorts.  We are getting donations to help with food.  If you would like to bring along a picnic side or dessert, just let us know.  We are hoping to use proceeds of this event as the seed for our big Quarter Century reunion.}

^{EVENING AWAY FROM THE KIDS….. 7 pm ($15 per individual)}

^{Brother Jimmy’s restaurant in Yorktown will be site of our more formal reunion event.  Heavy appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages are included in this cost.  Other food and drink is available at the restaurant if you like.  This is a great time to reconnect without the distractions of the family.  You will not want to miss this rare evening out with old friends.}
